Hello everyone! My name is Ly Hoang, Chairman and Director of Babysitter Vietnam Co. Ltd. I am delighted that you have come to our company, giving me the opportunity to share some exciting information about Babysitter Vietnam Co. Ltd. with you.
I hold a Master's degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology from the Vietnam Academy of Child and Adolescent Studies, and I am currently a specialist in child and adolescent behavioral psychology (an unofficial member of the Vietnam Institute of Child and Adolescent Research).

The Beginning of an Organization:
Starting in 2018, when my wife was pregnant with our first child, I recognized the need for a quality babysitting service in Vietnam. Since then, the babysitting service and related childcare activities were established as an employment agency. After several years of operation, I realized that connecting freelance babysitters with families in need was not legally, financially, or physically safe for clients.
In 2022, a company restructuring took place, selecting the best babysitters and changing the business model from a brokerage/referral service to providing flexible babysitting services by the hour/day/week/month, exclusively for foreign families traveling, working, and living in Vietnam. To date, we have assisted many families and children coming to Vietnam, and we confidently assert that we are the only company in Vietnam with the best quality childcare services.

We have a rigorous recruitment, training, and job requirement process for our babysitters. Weekly training and meetings help us maintain contact and be ready to support each other whenever one of our babysitters encounters unexpected health, family, or personal issues that prevent them from continuing to care for your children. This means you are working with us, not just one babysitter!

How We Work!
A contract will be executed after we reach a mutual agreement, and a deposit of 50% of the contract value (which can be split into two payments) will be required to ensure the activities of the babysitter and our support team.

Hourly babysitting service at $9/hour

We are a community of babysitters and we ensure that we will always have someone available to help you take care of your children for a few hours. Contact us, and a babysitter will be there within 30 minutes.

Full-time nanny for your trip
We are ready to travel with your family to participate in activities such as playing golf, visiting the giant amusement park VinWonder Nha Trang, island tours, and introducing some excellent services like spas, outdoor dining restaurants, cafes with play areas, etc. Additionally, I can also travel to other areas in Southeast Asia such as Thailand, Singapore, and the Philippines if necessary.
We can take the children to places such as kids' clubs, playgrounds, pet cafes, parks, shopping malls, cinemas, and many other locations—ideal for when you need some personal time or a date night.

What is the price?

Our rates range from 6 to 9 USD per hour
The rate for a Vietnamese babysitter working in Hanoi, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Vung Tau, or Ho Chi Minh City is $6 per hour. Outside a 20km radius of these cities (including Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Ninh Binh, Hoi An, Mang Den, Cam Ranh, Mui Ne, and Phu Quoc), the rate is $9 per hour.
After 6:00 pm, there will be an additional charge of $1 per hour (within the city) and $2 per hour (outside a 20km radius).
For every 5 hours of work, the babysitter will require a light meal to maintain energy.
The overnight stay fee is 500,000 VND for hotel accommodation if the babysitter cannot return to the city before 10:00 pm

I’m happy with the experience I had with this babysitting agency! They took great care of my 1-year-old son, and the whole process was well-organized. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to change babysitters a few times, but they always found a quick and reliable replacement, which I really appreciated.
They also helped us with advice on other things not related to babysitting, which made our stay in Nha Trang much more comfortable.

Honestly, I was very surprised by their rate of $9/hour. I hesitated for 3 out of 5 days during my trip. But after using the babysitting service, I realized that the fee is quite low considering the travel distance (45km each day) and the way they work. I also own a service company in Germany, but during a discussion with Mr. Hoang (the owner of the company), I noticed that he is simply focused on creating jobs for people and promoting the tourism industry of this city without thinking about his own benefit! This is so different from what I know! I know this company will grow even more, and I will always support his babysitting service!
